Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I wish there had been better shampoo n condition & a hair dryer but other than that we had everything we needed. The hotel was very centrally located to everywhere we needed to go.

This place is just a little out of town but less than a $10 uber away, it is very good value for money especially if you just want sonewhere to sleep at night, not a lot else near by, a seven/eleven fuel station across the road and a McDonald's in walking distance. Staff very friendly polite and helpful. Clean .

Easy check in and out. When I travel I only need a place to put my stuff and sleep. This place did it for me. The location is convenient has a restaurant, gas station, jack in the box waffle house in case you need a quick snack. Friendly staff have no complaints.

This isn't the place for you if you're discerning about where you stay or are looking for a luxurious fiesta motel. However, you should check it out if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's close to the city, minutes drive, cleanliness, and security. While driving in the middle of nashville wouldn't have been my preference, it wasn't on my budget at a more than $ 200 per night. The regency inn and suites are just outside nashville, and it was only a stopover drive to ith and the broadway, where everything was happening. It was important to be in a safe position since I was traveling alone, and at no time did I not feel unsafe. Although it was entirely off the highway and had a large gas station store across the road, numerous restaurants in the same area helped it to meet my needs. When I got there, I discovered they had upgraded me to a kingsize bed room. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for keeping me tidy and sleeping every night. Although jack in the box, McDonald's, and the waffle house were all within walking distance. However, if thats the full extent of my drawbacks, thats pretty much a nobrainer. Nevertheless, not to be taken as a disadvantage, that is simply that

Our room was good for the price! Looks like the room was being renovated. Some of the guys were working on the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the AC worked. No extras. Had to pay for coffee. Pizza place is recommended.

Pulling up to the property, first impression is that it looks a little run down, old & cheap BUT the customer service was at the front desk was super friendly! Then you walk in the room and it’s clean and bright. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Slept comfortably. Pretty quiet and peaceful at the hotel. I liked the location, not too far off the highway and gas stations and food options all around it. Satisfied with my booking.

The hotel itself was okay, but I was told by someone that the upper level rooms were much worse than the first floor where I stayed. The hotel keeper at the front desk was very friendly and I was pleased with my room. The bed was not comfortable and the TV had a lot of trouble keeping signal but it was alright because the AC and WIFI worked perfectly and to me that is more important. I was bothered several times by the surrounding inhabitants. A homeless couple guilt tripped me for food when I was on my way into Jack int he Box next door, which I did buy them a meal. I hope I don't sound cruel but I am not wealthy myself and it isn't as though I can afford to buy meals for strangers when I'm trying to pinch every penny. The convenience store was just next door to the hotel but was a disgusting mess with loitering thugs just hanging out for no apparent reason. The surrounding area was just terrible and frightening at night, but the hotel itself is well-lit and I did feel safe inside the hotel itself.

Staff was awesome. As soon as we checked in they got us a cab (they have their own guy they use) rooms were clean. And close to downtown. It's not the hilton but it was great for 50 a night!

The room seemed nice, although the hall to get to the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was pretty clean until I got up in the morning and noticed someone else's socks were in the sheets at the end of the bed. The area did not feel very safe to me. We were fine though. There were cameras on the property, and on the cars so it was fine. Police stayed in the area-next door and the gas station across the street at night. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.

An OK place for a good price. Get what you pay for. Some "interesting" people hanging around the hotel - so obv something going on. But we had no problems or bad encounters. all in all you get what you pay for and we had 4 decent days at the hotel. Maybe not so suitable for families/kids - but no problem for 2 young couples...
