Room was remodeled and clean. Coffee machine and fridge in room. Parking was right by room and plenty of outdoor lighting. Security camera on site. Casino shuttle available to Batavia Downs. Not far with car from shopping centers. Overall price was good and hotel manager listened and knew what he was doing. Will go there again. Felt safe!

Security was sketchy. You could see space all around the door. Nighttime lighting was ver poor. Outside doors were not secure. The room smelled clean. Beds were comfortable.

Eh….it was just ok. Room was freezing when I got there. No one at reception when I wanted to check in. Had to call and then go across the parking lot to the Best Western to have them let me into a room. I don’t even think they had my reservation down. Smelled a little like mildew. Only 3 channels on TV. ALL SPORTS!

The window was broken and taped together! The toilet has cigarette ashes in it when I requested a non smoking room! The check out was disappointing due to I had to ring the door bell multiple times in order to even get someone to answer the “lobby” door! Just poor service and facility over all

The room could be cleaner. There was dirt under the sinks. In the corners. The tub was not as advertised. The beds and linen were good. The room was musty.
