Parking was great- free! Lovely small town feel! Loved the spacious room and everything by was clean and beautiful!! Totally worth it! One down side- train runs ALL night so definitely use the ear plugs they provide! Ha ha!!

Great stay. Parking was free and easy to find, we were able to park right in front of the door to the hotel. Room was clean and very neat, much more character than a normal hotel room. We will definitely stay here again when we are passing through.

RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.

Sweetwater is a small town but still has plenty of places to dine. Lazy beagle was great. This little hotel is right on the Main Street and is in a fantastic location. Easy parking. Specific keypad entry worked perfect. Very nostalgic feel to the place.

This was a hidden gem. The room was very spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the flavored coffee creamers and ceramic mugs for my coffee. We loved being able to walk two doors down for dinner and drinks.

This was a delightful property! It's in a historic building. The room had been updated and is very nice and comfortable. There is a train nearby that is a bit loud, but overall this room is awesome!!

The room was exactly as advertised. It’s in an older building BUT it’s immaculately decorated. 10 out of 10. The bed is comfortable and the kids liked the pull out sofa bed (also very comfortable). Things you need to know -it’s in a small town with small town vibes, -it has an active train line across a two lane road and a parking lot (kids LOVED the train… it makes train sounds). -I would definitely stay again.
