Had a meeting scheduled in center city and we booked 7 properties with Renaissance, They were centrally located, responsive, and all the amenities were great especially the sporting club at the bellevue hotel which is awesome! Thanks for a great stay, will definitely stay again

We didn't actually stay in the Rittenhouse apartments, there was an electrical problem we were told the day before our trip, so they needed to relocate us. They provided a smaller apartment, as I requested photos, in a much busier area, so we were given a $100 refund after demanding it. I was told hotels.com would contact me regarding the relocation and refund. They contacted me, but had no idea I was being relocated or needed a refund. I had to talk to the manager, who talked to Henry from Renaissance properties to resolve it. I would have liked a formal confirmation sent to me regarding the room, versus am email, and because it was hard to get another room at this point, we took the apartment and hoped it was acceptable. The apartment building was quite nice, although very loud for the 14th floor. We could hear a lot of street noises. My kids did like lounge with a screening room and ping pong, and we took advantage of the gym. The apartment was fairly clean, lots of fingerprints, dirty sponge, crumbs etc..The "toiletries" and supplies were minimal. a bottle of shampoo that looked like it was left there, and no detergent for the dishwasher or clothes washer. The king bed was broken in the middle, and sagged, and there was a board from under the bed with metal sticking out on it left on the floor of the bedroom. Quite odd. The living room furniture was small and hard.It did have a nice view and there was lots of sun. The apartment building staff was courteous and helpful.

There was an issue with the plumbing at this property so we got moved around a bit to other available properties. All of the apartments were very nice and clean, but having to be relocated and having to wait a long time for that information was inconvenient. That being said both properties were very nice and comfortable, great places to stay.

It was bad and great. Bad because the day before arrived I was told that the room was no longer available because of a problem at the hotel. Great because I was immediately offered a room in another hotel, which was very nice (including more expensive) and nearby. So they had a problem and fixed it fast and well.

they switched the property the day we arrived and then we were in an unsafe area and a small place not the neighborhood we wanted and also was an apt/condo not at all what we expected. We complained and got moved to another condo which was a it better but dirty, the rug was so dirty you could barely tell that the rug was a light tan. felt very weird and is not a hotel, more like a bad Airbnb. We did also complain to ORBITZ but they were limited in help. totally false advertising and would never recommend anyone stay with this listing.

We did not get anything worth the 350USD we paid per each night. The place was literally old, badly maintained and filthy. It's is located on a one lane street, and has NO parking lot, even though we were originally told it did. The access key is shared with people from another room that looked quite problematic. I'm gonna be way more careful when searching for a place like this I'm the future. Investigate the people who own these places is my best advice.

1) air con in room not ok. 2) said 1200 sq feet, but hotel changed other building and said electricity problem. 3) the flat changed was not big like 1200 sq feet. 4) drainage in kitchen not good, stuck! 5) no washing detergent in kitchen.

Would NEVER stay in these rooms.. First off was not even close to pics, wasn't able to stay there due to electrical issues.. It's in an apartment building, went to 3 different buildings before the owner gave me a room that was semi decent.. Worst experience ever!!!

We found out that this is like a business stay place, not a hotel. No regular concierge. Just guards at the reception. After a ride to the 18th floor in dirty, scuffed elevators, we entered our generously sized one bedroom suite with a very nice view of Philadelphia. This is the end of the good comments. The furniture was dangerously rickety. The carpet was stained. The bed linen looked like it had been slept in. We could only get a few channels on TV, with no kids programs. The toilet plumbing was dubious. Some of the windows were easily operable (this is on the 18th floor) and, in the case of one, was coming out of its frame. This was alarming since we had a very young child with us who could have easily fallen out of a window. We ended staying for the two nights because of the hassle involved in moving. But I would not recommend this place to anyone until they address the issues.

They put me in a sublet apartment that was not up to par for anyone's expectation. They tried to help but their was too much to overcome. No Air, no towels, very poor conditions. The representative was very nice for what he had to work with.
