We will return to this hotel because of Delano's superb and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful. Delano was also very accomodating.

My husband and I stayed here with my father for a fight at the airbase. The staff is friendly and efficient. The property is very clean. If you want to change rooms, we can. Full kitchen, living room space, and a nice bathroom bedroom. Breakfast Continental breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. Walking distance to the city center and excellent restaurants and pubs. The beautiful view and spacious outdoor space are the best part. Special thanks to hail for being so helpful and attentive to my elderly father. Thank you.

This time we were here for work for a 3 week stay. Housekeeping comes once a week. This past Saturday was our day. Our housekeeping cleaned half of our room, changed towels and vacuumed, but did not change the bedding or clean the bathtub or the bathroom floor. I spoke to the manager on duty on Saturday and someone came back to deal with the bed it was made and I am assuming the sheets had been changed. But the bathroom was not done. On Monday, I spoke to the front desk to say that the bathroom was still not finished, and he asked if the manager had talked to me on that day. No. Its now halfway through Monday and still not cleaned. Another issue I have is that the kitchen is lacking in necessities for a long stay. I had to buy a kettle, pan for the oven, and a corkscrew with a bottle opener. The air conditioner doesn't cool the bedroom. It's like a fridge in the living room and the bedroom is still uncomfortably warm. You have to request things like dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom soap and coffee, and when you do, they give you one, so it's a daily occurrence. Finally, we were on the highway. It's noisy because it's at an intersection, so the motorcycles and noisy cars revving up. The fan I requested

The hotel is pet-friendly, which was my favorite thing. Everyone stopped to talk to my dog and pet her. I saw several dogs, and everyone was very respectful and cleaning up their pet as well. We were unable to use the pool because of the rain. We had everything we needed and more in the hotel kitchen area. Our room was also spotless. Although you do not have direct access to the beach, it is a short drive away. The views are breathtaking.

In February 2022, we remained at the stunning residence inn Fort Walton Beach for two nights. That was a benefit because our accommodation overlooked the inlet. It was fun to sit in the water from our room and take in the views of the boats and birds passing while sipping a beverage. This hotel appeared brand-new, and in the general, all of their employees were pleasant and accommodating. The absence of parking was the sole drawback. I could not locate a parking spot for both evenings after returning to the motel after past midnight. I saw a trailer taking up at least five spots for numerous cars without a parking permit on their dashboard. When I informed the hotel agent, he claimed that parking is a recognized problem, particularly when it is booked completely. He also mentioned that the trailer's proprietor was only there for one night, so they had no choice but to let him park, even though the parking permit clearly states that trailers are prohibited. It is understandable that the motel is doing their best to accommodate everyone. Despite this, they appeared to have no backup plan for other visitors having parking issues. I left with the impression that other visitors, particularly minorities, didn't matter. Just giving my review two stars, for this reason. I hope the hotel management can develop a solution for their future guests who shouldn't have to experience arriving at the hotel without parking.
