The rooms were very spacious. Check-in was fast and simple. We booked a 2 room with kitchen. Each bedroom had a good-sized bathroom and the living area and kitchen were more than adequate. This was a great value traveling with our teenage daughters. Location is another huge benefit. That said, our room could have used some maintenance and windows that block out more noise. The bathroom shelf was barely hanging on the wall, one of the soap dispensers in the bath had broken off and the shampoo was just sitting in the tub, the windows do nothing to block the street noise below, and there were black long hairs on the door jam (like a dirty rag was used to clean them).

The pull out sofa was of zero use for sleep. Mattress was more of a blanket than an actual mattress. The bar going across prevented any sleep whatsoever. The room was otherwise great. and location was good. Won't stay again with more than 2 people.

Bed was comfy said my wife. The TV that could swivel was a nice touch. Didn't use the pool but looked like fun. Check in amd out was a breeze and staff were nice. The breakfast on-site was one of the best amd not much of a crowd.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Downtown Louisville. The room was spacious and the breakfast was substantial. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool was a little small and there were elevator issues a few days that I was there. The hotel is convenient to multiple restaurants.

This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future. The staff was second to none and more than eager to help out or just say a friendly hello the entire trip. The rooms, the pool, the fitness center and the common areas were all very clean. The location was within walking distance of 4th Street Live and RIGHT at the start line of the Kentucky Derby Marathon. Thanks for making us feel welcome. We’ll see you again.

Great stay. We recommend. Quick checkin. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Nice studio with everything you need. Self parking simple and reasonable for downtown location. Everything was walkable for us, but we did walk 4.5 miles on full day out.
