We like this hotel, it's at very convenient location, staff are not that friendly but professional, which is not bad, breakfast is good as always...and overall, always found this hotel clean so far. For sure will recommend!

Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. Loved the free popcorn! Spent a week there and never had the breakfast because it was always a madhouse (at various times), but the hotel seems to do its best stocking items and cleaning. Definitely well staffed, just an insanely high volume of people. Luckily it was just a bonus for me, grabbed coffee and on my way, but if you're banking on that breakfast then get there as early as possible or be prepared for crowds. Also! Similarly, the elevators are routinely backed due to the volume of people lined up, it's worst in the morning (8-10) but be aware. I'd recommend taking the stairs whenever possible so maybe get a lower floor. All that said, if you're prepared for the crowds then it's quite a nice place to stay with good subway access.

Chambre propre, spacieuse et climatisée. Nous étions dans un studio bien équipé avec frigo, plaque électrique, micro onde et même lave-vaisselle. Hôtel à proximité de la station de métro. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec un large choix aussi bien salé que sucré. Tout le personnel est très agréable, souriant et serviable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure. Le seul point négatif est le quartier qui n'est pas toujours très bien fréquenté.

Fica em Long island city, muito próximo a Manhattan. Ótimo custo benefício, quarto grande equipado com cozinha completa ( o que ajuda muito ), bancada para refeição, sofá cama, cama queen confortável, banheiro muito bom com ducha muito boa e amenities ( shampoo, condicionador e body wash). Recepção sempre cheirosa e com bancada de café e chá a vontade. Durante nossa estadia todos os dias tinha um carrinho de pipoca para pegar a vontade. Metrô linha M à 10 minutos de caminhada chegando bem rápido em Manhattan . Ao lado do hotel fica o Queensboro park - lindo , arborizado, à beira do East river com uma linda vista para Upper East side e Roosevelt island . A noite a cidade toda iluminada é um espetáculo. Ficarei neste hotel novamente com certeza.

This was our third stay. We like the clean rooms with stocked kitchenette, great bathroom and quiet floors. The room size is not huge but there is everything you need. Breakfast is decent, very busy but restocked thoroughly. There’s always coffee and tea in the lobby. Street parking is somewhat available, train station (aka subway) is a 10 minute walk. The only downside is there is nothing to do around the hotel including food options.

房間非常乾淨，該有的設備都有，碗也齊全，兩天會打掃一次。大廳有免費咖啡茶，也有巧克力和爆米花，整體很棒。位置也很好，坐捷運到曼哈頓很快。早餐比較單調，菜色不會換，而且要6點多就去吃，才不會沒位置。
