We are going to the hotel to attend a seminar over the weekend and have 3 other events planned. The staff is so considerate, they worked very smoothly. We didn't have any concerns. Ira and Christine worked extra hard to ensure our event ran smoothly. Excellent service.

Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya bersih, stafnya ramah, sarapan panas gratis di pagi hari. Lokasinya sangat bagus untuk restoran dan berbelanja. Satu-satunya masalah saya adalah telepon di rumah saya tidak berfungsi selama 3 hari saya menginap.

The positive parts are the friendly, hospitable personnel. Our shuttle tour was excellent, and the shuttle drivers were both helpful. Our two suites, which were built in the 1930 s, looked straight out of nowhere because of their bumpy ceilings, filthy wallpaper, and cracked refrigerators. Luckily, I had claro wipes and cleaned the filthy bathroom door and other areas. Our buildings saw homeless folks, two men wandering around with brown bags of liquor, a woman in a housecoat with her dog, people cooking foul meals and smoking. I questioned if this hotel had used money to house the homeless. I wouldn't return here because it was off par with a standard Marriott property.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly, with a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Its conveniently located for dining and shopping. My only issue was that my internal phone didnt work during my entire three days there. I couldnt even set up i wakeup calls because the front desk couldn't call me. Maintenance came two days in reorder, but it was still unable to resolve the issue.

We reserved here for the same reason as others, so we could walk to the concert last Saturday night. If required, one of the hotel's shuttle drivers would have dropped us there, but we merely needed them to get to and from the airport. All were however very nice. We remained for two days, and the second day we took the public train cat into town for some walking around and a couple of tours separate reviews. The things I really liked about this hotel were the location, large, quiet rooms like an efficiency apartment, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils. That was really nice because we required a bottle opener! The computers in the lobby worked great, and there is one just for getting boarding passes, a nice touch. Another nice touch is the hand sanitizer built into the pull bar on the bathroom doors in the lobby, we have never seen anything like that before. The property is quiet, well-kept, and private, away from traffic, stores, etc. Except there are several stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. Breakfast is included and was excellent both days. This is a really nice location and if I were in that area again, I would definitely stay here.

I really like Residence Inn Rosemont! Super comfortable bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast and very nice staff as gloria. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport every hour and you have to take the train to downtown. Target, Ross, Game Stop, Shake and stakes are all within walking distance. But please do not make reservations by hotel planners! Make your reservation directly at the hotel. I had a headache with him.

The tworoom suites with fireplaces are nice. I prefer kingsized beds. And the hotel is split into several buildings, which is not ideal. The breakfast is quite good. However, there is no restaurant or bar. Overall, the staff was helpful.

Its conveniently located near a strip mall. So getting food and supplies is incredibly simple, just stepping 5 minutes away, and you can find anything you need. Although the facilities are standard Marriott and the gym is somewhat small, its essentially suited for residing in, making it ideally positioned for staying.

Overall, an excellent stay. Thanks to the staff. We stayed here with my boyfriend while attending anime central ace, also in Rosemont. Our room was in the 130 s, and it was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old and the sink drained slowly, but that wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was good, especially the cheddar biscuits.
