My first day in Kingston was really difficult. The first few days were difficult due to delayed flights, weather, etc. However, the great staff, notably Tajk and Robert, made for a wonderful stay! I have had a wonderful time so far and am enjoying my stay here thanks to the wonderful staff. They are a very busy hotel.

After a terrible weekend at the best western plus in kingston ny, we departed after one night. When we arrived at Residence Inn in kingston ny, we were greeted by a very helpful staff member, who always had a smile on their face. Robert and Tarik were the two staff members who held us up, and they were the best staff members I've ever experienced in any hotel I've been in. For any of your stays, I would strongly recommend Residence Inn in Kingston Ny. I will undoubtedly return to this hotel even if I had to drive to my event for a while. Excellent service is well worth the reward. This is my first review, and it's well worth my time. Thank you, Robert and Tarik!.

Best place in Ulster county, pet friendly and nice people and staff Tajk and rob are the best and night staff kim destiny. The room is the best, and they can help you and trucker friendly. Great facilities.

I had a bad experience while staying here. We had a ski vacation with my family. It is a newer hotel and looks impressive from the outside and the lobby, as others have noted. The room was dirty, it had stains on the couch and ripped carpeting. It was a twobedroom with a good layout and a nice size. If not for the size of the suite, I would have given the hotel a rating of one star. Particularly given their inability to be transparent and effectively deal with guest concerns. The largest was the pool. The pool and hot tub area appeared to be closed for weeks or even months, and the hotel did little attempt to notify guests or update their website. This was a huge disappointment since we had arrived there with a young child and wanted to use the pool and hot tub for several evenings after skis. When we asked the front desk when the pool would be fixed, they had no ETA and just laughed at how long it had already been out of service. After checking out, we experienced an extremely bizarre incident. We realized we forgot a pillow that we had brought from home on the hotel bed in the room, a few hours after leaving the hotel. It was a completely different size and color than the typical hotel-issued pillows, and we called the front desk to let them know we were still there and we could go back for it. But they

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for two nights. The hotel is clean and inviting. The front desk staff is friendly, polite and efficient from the moment you walk in. The two bedrooms have a great layout, the beds are comfortable, and the living area area is a generous size. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area.
