A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival, collected by credit card and reimbursed at check-out.
All special requests are subject to availability at check-in, cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.
For bookings of 5 rooms or more, guests must contact the hotel’s group sales department.
Guests cannot book multiple reservations exceeding a threshold of 4 rooms.
Photo identification and credit card are required at check-in.
Registered service animals (dogs) are welcome per ADA standards; emotional support animals are not considered service animals. Service animals causing disturbances or damage are subject to the same $250 cleaning fee.
River Edge Inn is a small-dog friendly hotel
Only small dogs up to 50 lbs are allowed.
Charge: $40.00 plus tax per night, per small dog.
Additional refundable incidental deposit: $250.00 per reservation.
Maximum of two small dogs per guest room.
No other pets allowed.
Unregistered small dogs incur a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended, but no stayover amenities will be delivered if a dog is present.
If a dog causes a noise disturbance or complaints, the guest must attend to the dog.
The $250 deposit will not be refunded if the dog damages the room or causes unresolved disturbances.
Small dogs are only allowed in specific rooms, which must be requested directly.
Dogs are not allowed in the office, breakfast area, or pool area.
