One of my favorite places to stay up at the river. Easy to park. Close to Monte Rio Beach. Your own private beach Grocery store available some local food burgers chicken available State Park close by

For the price, this was a great stay. A little bit outdated and the facility itself needs some TLC but overall beautiful and a great stay with an attentive manager. Would definitely stay again

Ok so this is a place that you have to appreciate the rustic charm and love the affordability. Jay is great. Responsive. Its not crowded. Theres available parking. The property is beautiful. The river folks are friendly...well most of them anyway. Yes the rugs could use changing, and the outside chairs could use a good scrubbing. But I will be making this my go to definitely.

I loved the private access to the lake, very convenient and beautiful way to start the morning. The manager, Jay, was very kind and flexible despite the curve balls we threw at him. The place was cozy but does need some work. I liked the convenience of having a kitchen.

This has now become my new yearly Memorial Day holiday spot. I was greeted immediately by the gentleman who is in charge here and each day he met my husband dog and I with an amazing attitude and smile. It was so peaceful that I didn’t want to leave.

We stayed for one night and the services was great! Yes the building is not modern, but it is beautiful. Monte Rio is a beautiful,lush,friendly town. The only down fall is hard to walk with no sidewalks and cars driving fast.

So love this place right on the river! My boys played safely on the grass and even made friends with the owners dog, Rascal. JAY who was the host and runs they place was a delight! The boys were calling him Uncle Jay by the end of the trip! He was so welcoming!! We will be back!
