The receptionist, Satin-Marie, and the maintenance man, Erin. were excellent, friendly and there to help with whatever you need. The small heater in the room would not turn on and Erin quickly determined what needed to be done. The motel is old, but clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. A good night. Will stay there again. As for as amenities, I don't want anything but a clean room and comfortable bed, and that is what I got.

Honestly its exactly what we needed. As a Maine local, we just wanted a bed and a hot shower without the commute home. If you dont care about amenities or ocean views, stay here. Its clean, quiet and easy access to Acadia parks. Its out dated but who cares. Its clean and cheap. By the looks of things, they are renovating. Good job robbins motel for hitting that price point us trail runners wanted.

This is a classic mid century motel. Decent mattress, great classic tub, clean and bug free. So it served the purpose of a place to stay the night before the MDI marathon. Would recommend.

Room was true to the pictures, very clean though. TV was great. Wifi great! Part of thr tub surround looks like its coming apart and leaking but still very clean and a good night sleep. Just what we needed.

Hotel was clean. My only complaint is our room smelled weird. Not so bad you couldn't stay there but just not fresh. Hotel rooms are small but cute. Our shower drained very slow so we had long delays in between showers. Room and hotel were fine and assuming for the price isn't a bad deal. No frills.

I didn't check when I booked, so it was technically my fault, but the room didn't have a fridge or microwave or a coffee maker for that matter. This is the room I stayed, I don't know if others had it. Also, the room that I stayed it's tiny, the bathroom felt like a airplane bathroom. I had to duck to take a shower since standing up, my head is above the shower head. Another complaint that I had is there's a table to the right of room and you don't have a single electrical outlet on that side, there's only two on the left side which I to share with a so I didn't even bother using my laptop since it's power hungry.

Quality was about as expected for this price. We didn’t need anything special since we were spending long days in Acadia. The place was clean and had daily house keeping. Very out dated and some broken ceiling tiles, but clean. AC worked great. The room fit our need perfectly and didn’t break the bank
