From the moment I walked in the service was first class. I was greeted bt the friendliest front desk and check in was quick. I was in my room within 5min. The room was nice considering the star ratings. I have stayed at more expensive and higher star ratungbhotels and the rooms were not as nice. Yes their could be some updates, but for price, location, comfort and service I will indefinitely stay here again.

Overnight stay for a wedding. Quick shuttle service from JFK - arrived for me in 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in super early. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable room, spacious. Ok breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Very plain and simple hotel. Out of date, but an effort has been made to really clean up the inside. The outside looks rundown but inside very clean. Beds very comfortable and the room even had one of those TV's that is like a 40 inch cube.

They had the best pillow and bed that I ever slept in. It is very rare that I sleep well in hotel anywhere. I was knocked out each night for 2 days. They had Bed Bath Works products which surprised me. Lyft never came and picked me up. Lyft drivers do get confused where is the front door. So hotel went out of their way to drop me off where I was heading to a Quinceanera Party. Breakfast was ready at 5:45 and I left to airport at 6am. I was happy that they provided Ruby Grapefruit juice which I havent had in years. It was refreshing drink! I will go back to this hotel in the future when visiting my BFF again.
