I liked my room and its location on the property. I needed some items and the man in charge got them for me immediately . The lobby was closed and there was no breakfast but the price and cleanliness more than made up for it. I spent 3 days here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Shiniest aspect of a somewhat frustrating weekend... Exceptional staff... Super clean room... Loved that the room included a microwave and a fridge! Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a long drive and they were able to get me in my room at an earlier time. I was able to take a nap and shower before I headed off the see the Vols that night. The bed was amazingly comfortable and was surprised to see the size of the TV. Plenty of lights and outlets for all of my charging needs. Bathroom was tiptop clean and a big closet. Big desk that was helpful along with fridge. Everything that I needed.

The staff at this facility were super friendly! We had everything we needed and our room was very clean. The lobby was closed due to Covid so no continental breakfast, but this location is close to lots of food places!

Easy location to find. Short commute to Pigeon Forge. Had to call the front desk 1 time and they immediately came to the room and fixed an issue. Very clean bathroom. Room was clean. It was quiet and peaceful even being close to the interstate. The only minor issue we saw was the wiring on the lamp was spliced together but it still worked. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff!

Thought was very good room for the price. Room was clean, comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Good waffle breakfast, front desk clerk was very polite and helpful and they have on-site washer & dryer which I used. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised with our visit as it far exceeded our expectations. Interior has been recently renovated. We had 2 rooms and have zero complaints with either. I would suggest to the owners that they add more items to the breakfast.
