The experience was 5-Star meets marina life. The view of the ocean was amazing, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. There was a variety of restaurants within walking distance, and the indoor tunnel that the hotel offered was very ingenious. I look forward to visiting again.

This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! One of the housekeepers even stopped what she was doing to walk us to our correct floor when she realized we were lost! She was so incredibly nice! The views are incredible, the location is incredible, and the staff is incredible! Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Chicago/Navy Pier!

While the lobby had suffered some flooding and there were loud dryers present upon check-in, the room view was wonderful. I really enjoyed sitting on the chaise and looking at the Chicago River and skyline as well as the fireworks display later in the evening.

Beautiful place and at a breath taking spot. Staff in the front were very helpful. Good, clean and the most important thing is that its private for the guests. There is a security at the entrance of the pier so nobody can come in. Guests can take walks at the pier, but not the whole pier but some areas. Security was very helpful and understanding. 2 things that need work are: 1. Pillows: the pillows were a pain in the neck. 2. The body wash: our room had an empty bottle of body wash and wasn't replaced for 2 days. Thank goodness, we had our own. And the bodywash holder was broken as well. maybe that is the case. Other then that, i would stay here every chance I get and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our visit so memorable. Thank you Sable for the beautiful views, right from our room and thank you Chicago.

Without a doubt, the view of the pier and city skyline was the BEST part of this hotel experience. The room was pretty large and had a great sitting area to read, gaze at the water, people watch, and relax. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Everything I needed and wanted to do for this trip was at the Navy Pier so the Sable Hotel checked all my boxes.

The room is incredible. We had a corner room on the third floor, so we were able to have a view of the lake out of multiple windows and corners of the room. I don’t think there’s a bad room in the entire hotel though because if you love to look at the water, then every room gives you that view and it’s just beautiful. The nighttime views of the city are incredible. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend also everything was very clean and the shower in the room was really great if you like high water pressure. You’re literally in the Navy pier so you have lots of food options, including one in the hotel as well as a big lobby that you can chill out in as well. If you’re concerned about having to walk along a distance to be able to get from where they drop you off from the Uber or if you’re driving, don’t worry the area that you pull up to is right at the check-in area so there’s no need to be concerned and it is definitely ADA accessible. I love the fact that I was able to see the ships loading in the morning with people either for school trips or company trips or whatever and just going to go out on the lake was really cool. I ended up having to work from the table that’s in the room and that worked out great. I was able to look out the window to the city and the lake at the same time while taking calls and doing a little bit of work. Once again, 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.
