Great room for our 3 night stay. Clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area, and good views out to the sea from the pool/dock area. Good outside space beside our room too. The only negative would be that the bathroom needs an update, but functional and clean, no fan in bathroom so gets very hot very quickly when showering. Def recommend for a stay in marathon

We were concerned about being able to check In late. Our plane was late and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It turned out good but we were very worried driving out late not knowing. It is very beautiful, staff kind and I do recommend staying there

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the front desk and given a full tour of the property, which made us feel immediately welcomed . The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was fantastic, especially since it’s heated at night, making it so nice to unwind in the evening. Our room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, both in the kitchen and the bathroom . One of the highlights was being able to enjoy the private beach at night for stargazing—it was absolutely beautiful and so serene. If there’s one small suggestion, it would be to allow guests a bit more time to enjoy the amenities like the pool and kayaks after checkout. Currently, there’s only a one-hour window, and a little extra time would make the experience even more amazing. Overall, the staff is outstanding, and this is a truly great place to stay. We would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous stay the resort is beautiful so calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the free kayaks and paddle boards. There are lots of restaurants nearby just a short drive away our favourite being Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House.

Just an absolute Gem! Everything beautiful! Certainly will be our home away from home when in Marathon. Can't rave enough about this Diamond in the Rough! Pool amazing! Beach peaceful. Swam alot but need to bring your water shoes. Rocky indeed. Grills for those grill masters! Something for everyone here! Just needs a few hot tubs and hooks on back of Bathroom door. Super place! Bring your boat! Great little Marina. Ample parking. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Chris, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Our accommodation was perfectly positioned, overlooking the marina and the swimming pool—such a peaceful and picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The entire place was spotless, very well maintained, and felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. What really made this place stand out were the excellent facilities. Having free access to paddle boards, canoes, and bicycles added so much fun and value to our trip—it made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place with a personal touch, this is definitely one to remember. We’ll absolutely be back!
