Hotel is very nice, great views. We were there for our anniversary.. Front desk Abigail was very helpful . We got a room with a great view. Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Lots to do within walking distance and the walk along the river was fantastic. We stayed there a few years ago and it was a significantly better experience this time around. They have a well stocked gift shop staffed by a super friendly and helpful lady. We checked out the pool but didn't bring our suits so we couldn't go in. It looked clean and inviting though. Can't say enough good things about our experience - we'll definitely be going back.

Had a very nice one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city and some of the bridges. It’s very convenient to the center city, with a light rail stop a short walk down the street and only 2 stops to get into town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you are into running there’s a nice long trail right along the River. We were there for a concert at PPG and it was perfect.

I stayed at the Sheraton Pittsburgh this past weekend, and this was my second time visiting. The staff continues to be absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food and drinks were amazing once again, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall upkeep of the hotel. The only small thing I noticed is that the hallways and rooms could use a bit more vacuuming. Other than that, everything was great, and I look forward to staying again.

Love the location of this hotel! Overall had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel! Recently updated although disappointed hot tub was removed. A few minor things: starbucks had inconsistent hours. Was told would be open till noon on Saturday only to come to find out the girl was closing up at 1030 am the Saturday we were there. Was told at check in we could have a room next to the other party we were traveling with only to check in and we were at opposite ends of hotel. Not a huge issue but felt mislead. Overall enjoyed our stay

I asked the desk about horse drawn carriage rides and they were a bit rude. The horses were supposed to be right outside and the website said they started in May. I just asked if they had seen any horses. The lady just said they have nothing to do with that and seemed very annoyed. I had hoped to propose to my girlfriend on a carriage so looking around for the carriage stop and then finding out it wasn't running yet was disappointing. Otherwise, the trip was lovely.
