We absolutely loved our stay. We had booked for 3 nights and booked the next two and stayed a total of five. Small property that had all the comforts of home. Cozy and safe for 2 women. Julia was above and beyond looking after us when we switched rooms for the additional two nights. Highly recommmend

Yes parking was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great other than the acorns. Floors in the bungalow could of used a good mopping. Brad who answered the phone was alwsys pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again. Actually trying to put together a family trip and rent all the bungalows.

Newly renovated after last year’s storms. The apartment was roomy with a nice kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room area. Best was the pool and the availability of toys, chairs and towels. Close to Turtle Beach and the SCAT bus was free and convenient. Had dinner at Ophelia’s near Turtle Beach, the absolute best service and meals. Perfect place to stay while visiting Siesta Key.

A very comfortable stay in Siesta Key. Our apartment had been fully redeveloped since Hurricane Milton. Excellent job. Pool was really good. Nikes to ride. Kayaks to addle in the lagoon. All in allan exceptional choice.

Nice condo. Good location. We rented a golf cart and visited both Turtle Beach and Siesta Beach which were both great! Make sure to eat at Catp. Kurts and Another Broken Egg and don't hesitate to grab some mini donuts for your ride out! Thanks.

The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and could not be moved. Considering this is a good property.

The property was really in a greasy location and it was really quiet! The only thing that was unacceptable was that 3 strange men were walking through the house bringing in furniture! My daughter and I were alone and it was uncomfortable! They said they knocked and we did not hear that at all! We peeped around the corner and we all scared each other! My husband called to let them know that was not right! No response so far!

Likes: Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Turtle Beach was very convenient to get to and many other beaches as well with a short drive. Having a private deck and screened in area was very nice to get away from the Florida sun for a few Dislikes: My fault entirely but spent $50 or so on beach items that were provided but locked in the shed that I had to leave behind. Please read the portal they provide well. It gives you that information I just didn’t read it all. The vent above the dining room table will drip water from condensation that you have to wipe up often. I would highly recommend staying and plan to stay again in the future 9/10 rating

Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping!

We were very pleased at the accomodations. The kitchen was nicely done and had enough basic utensils and pots available. The appliances worked well. There were enough towels both for inside and outside. We were delighted to have access to the laundry facilities. The grounds were very pretty and quiet and tranquil. There was a lot available for guests to try and we enjoyed just relaxing at the water overlooking the mangroves. We were there for ten days and it suited our needs. Very simple furnishings which were somewhat worn but in total good value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, we used the bikes daily, laundry was handy to have on the property. Close to Turtle Beach. A little far to Crescent Beach and little shopping/dining area. Siesta Key village and beach are within driving distance and there is a bus. All communication is done through email and text.

It seemed like the place was recently renovated, but they hadn't finished yet. There was absolutely no place to put luggage or clothes - literally no place except the floor. There was no luggage rack, no dressers, no counter space of any kind. The door knobs to the small patio wouldn't work; it would take at least 10 minutes of jiggling the knobs to get them just right so they would open. The one shower would take ~10 minutes for the water to get warm. The pool was dirty and I spent my own time removing leaves and debris from it. They did offer kayaks/paddleboards, but many of the parts were broken. The toilet seat was broken when we got there and I submitted a service ticket online as directed and never heard from anyone for the three days we were there. Would not suggest this place until many of these things are addressed.

The condo was clean and renovated. It is pretty basic. It would have been nice to have a screen on the front window to enjoy the nice weather or a screen door. There was construction on two of the condos (near the pool) which wasn't disclosed. Not close to any beaches or restaurants.

When we arrived at the property there was a terrible odor from the bathroom. It took several air fresheners and three days to be rid of it. Once gone, it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t like the fact that the decks described were connected to other units and the main deck was in the back, again behind other units. We felt like we were invading other guest space so we never used them. The description of the property is very misleading.

Amenities were not the best. There were no dressers or hangers to put your clothes so they had to stay in the suitcase on the floor. Comfort was terrible because it was cold outside and there was very limited heat indoors. Sat around watching TV with a sweatshirt, fleece pants and a blanket around us woke up in the middle of the night every night with rodents on the metal roof. Scratching and making a lot of noise. Very hard to sleep when you don't know if these rodents are inside or outside and what they are! Very very noisy. Asked for late checkout and was told that I could have it free of charge when I first called but I had to call back when we were ready to check in. Called back when we were ready to check in and I was told that I was dreaming that and talking to somebody in a different location because there's no way they would ever offer that and told it was very expensive charge every half hour and they were very strict about it. It was more money to book through Expedia than it was right through the site and I believed they were not happy that we booked through Expedia. I'm not sure why would else they treat me like that otherwise???
