We reserved this location for a special birthday weekend getaway. It is beautiful, but there are many issues. When the room was booked, the rate states breakfast for 2 people per night. This is exactly what the email confirming the reservation says. When we arrived, we were given a voucher for$10 per person for breakfast, which only covers the least expensive item on the menu. When we showed the manager the email, he said yes, I see where we sent you that but we have to honor whats on the voucher. He ultimately paid us $ 8 more than the voucher. They advertise as a boutique hotel. We have stayed in several, but this one simply does not measure up. There are no designated parking for the visitors. One of the two bedrooms lacks electrical outlets inside the rooms. There is no nightstand in either bedroom. The toiletries appear to be plastic bottles full of lotion etc then homeprinted simple panache label affixed. There was trash under the kitchen sink and three half drunk bottles in the refrigerator. In the kitchen, there are no outlets on the counter, and the coffee maker is plugged in 2 inches from the floor. It would be fine if you couldnt pull the coffee maker out and pour it into the living room. And no maid service whatsoever. We had to call the restaurant for a second packet of coffee for our second morning and had to walk over and pick it up, which

Theres something special here for you, the owner, and staff of Simply panache properties. It took me a long time to prepare for my birthday, and it was truly fantastic. At suite a, where my husband and I made our arrival and checkedin, we chose the threeday room. Suite A is what I would describe as a twobedroom apartment. As mentioned on the website, there is a full kitchen that includes serving bowls, baking dishes, pots, cooking supplies, plates, bowls, cups, two additional folding chairs, and so much more. There is coffee, popcorn, and water as well. We loved the retro kitchen ambience while modern requirements were met! The small bar cart with stemware and other servingware and a decent size dining table were located in the dining room room. There was plenty of towels and washcloths in the restroom. It has an oldworld vibe, as did the kitchen. For the two nights and threeday stay at the apartment, we received delicious meals at mango margaux friday night dinner, Saturday morning light breakfast, and sunday brunch. The couple and I received a birthday cupcake with a candle during my pedi. How can you not love this kind of service and pampering? What a good experience! I've always wanted to stay in a bed and breakfast. After visiting simply panache place, I was very happy and astonished! This place is so beautiful, comfortable and comfortable. What a perfect getaway in a perfect city with my family that I love. Life doesn't get any better. If all the establishments are as beautiful as Simply panache Place, every night stay across the world will be an amazing experience.

I stayed with three friends for 2 nights to celebrate New Year's. The space is perfect in size with amenities and the decor is so beautiful, I want to move in! Plus the best food in Hanover right across the street! I plan to return to stay just because!.

This place is amazing! This place is nice. They have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. The place is nice.
