**Check-In Policies:**
Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age and present a valid photo identification and credit card during the check-in process.
A damage deposit (incidentals) of USD 100 is required for all reservations at the time of arrival. This amount will be authorized on the guest's credit card. The deposit (Incidentals) authorization will be voided following an inspection of the property at check-out. While the hotel will facilitate the release of the hold at check-out, please be aware that it may take between 3 and 15 days for the funds to appear in the cardholder's account, depending on the processing times of the guests' credit card company. The hotel shall not be held liable for any overdraft fees incurred.

**Housekeeping Services:**
To promote an uninterrupted stay, housekeeping services are provided upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during extended stays. Should guests require more frequent housekeeping or additional towels, toiletries, and linens, they are encouraged to contact the front desk.
**Incidental Charges:**
All guests are required to provide a credit or debit card for incidental charges. An authorization hold will be placed on this card.

Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of USD 250, plus forfeiture of the deposit (Incidentals), and potential removal from the property.

Pets are permitted in certain rooms based on availability. This request must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival. A pet fee of USD 25 per pet, per night applies, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. 2 pets max allowed.
