We came to this sleep inn for the first time about 12 years ago. If not 12, I know that it was the first year it was open. We waited to be late a few times and couldn't get in when we wanted. Every July we go to Panama City Beach, and Prattville is the ideal spot to end our first day of travel. Lately, we made our reservations in January or February to ensure we would receive a room. The staff is very welcoming. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was quite comfy. Breakfast included hot food, as well as the typical juices, coffee, muffins, cereal, and yogurts. I appreciate you keeping the breakfast area well stocked and tidy.

This hotel is excellent in cleanliness and the service is also friendly. The room smelled very smokey. The entire hallway was smokey. We are not smoking in a non-smoking room, but I could tell from the smell. This hotel is very good and clean.

Stopped on our way to Florida, very close to I 65. Rooms very big and bed very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool with towels provided. They do serve good breakfast in the morning restaurants and gas stations nearby.

This place is owned and operated by individuals, and nothing will change my opinion on that. I am satisfied. To complete our trip with the kids, we decided to stay here for one night. We arrived right around rp and went to the pool right away with the children. A nice pool for a brief stay. We had a good evening and went out to dinner next door. There are no problems with the hotel. Here is the negative and worse part. The next morning, while we were about to check out, the car was loaded and turned on to start cooling down before we loaded the kids into it. I walk inside to get my wife and kids and check out, and we got trapped in our room! The door handle broke apart, not removing the mechanism to undo the latch. It took calling the front desk several times, then the owner came and tried to get us out. After over an hour of being stuck in our room, with both kids, they decided to break the door down to get us out. After some dispute, they agreed to a reduced rate for the mishap. We booked through expedite, so they had to do the discount. When we left the hotel, according to the hotel, our stay was going to be $ 51. 75 after discounts for being stuck.
