Pet fee is not a deposit and therefore non-refundable.Pet fee allows the property to properly deep clean and service rooms after each pet, so that our guest rooms will be free of pet dander and other allergens as well as pests that animals may carry. Any damage that is caused by the guest or their pets are not covered by the pet fee and damage fees and or penalties will be strictly enforced and applied. Guest will be held accountable/liable for any damages to the room.Pets are not to be left unattended. If a pet is found left unattended and is causing a disturbance for other guests such as barking, scratching, etc. The pet owner/guest will be contacted via the 24 hour contact number provided by the guest, and will be asked to remove the pet or pets from the property immediately. Failure to do so will result in management taking appropriate action to remedy the problem. Resolution will be at the discretion of management.Guest assumes all responsibility in the event their pet causes bodily injury to any guest or staff member, Hotel is not liable.Pets are not allowed in any public guest areas, including but not limited to the Breakfast Area, Pool, Fitness Room, and Lobby.Pets must remain on a leash at all times during their stay, when they are not in their guest room.Room will NOT receive housekeeping service if the pets are left unattended, Guest has to be present while room service is performed, or guest may remove pet from room while room service is being completed.
Pet is allowed at USD 35 per pet per night for the first night and USD 15 for the additional night.
The weight limit is at 35 LBS.
