The pool was dirty, everyday nobody cleaned the outside, also the breakfast was horrible. I believe they needa better selection of food for the price.

I appreciate the staff regarding helping me with bringing down the cart for my luggage. Also giving me a first floor as I overpack and it is easier with a first floor. The kitchen adds bonus as I don't have go out to eat.

Great location and very clean. Only thing that could have been better is room servicing. We showed up and the toilet paper was almost empty, had to go get some at the front desk. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to our room to make bed, swap towels or empty the trash.if you don’t mind going that, then it’s great

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The suite was absolutely spotless and perfect for our family of 5, with 2 separate bedrooms both with huge tv's, 3 amazingly comfy beds (2 queen and 1 king), and 2 separate full bathrooms - it was like having our own little apartment! The full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and stove top and living room were super convenient and added to the homey feel. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight - wow! Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cheese omelet, bacon, cold cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt... you name it, it was there! And the staff were super accommodating, letting us enjoy it all at our leisure. But the real cherry on top was the late checkout at 1pm - huge thank you to the hotel for that! We had a relaxing morning and were able to check out at our own pace. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Can't wait to come back!
