Excelente ubicación, la calle te lleva directo al visitor center. A unas cuantas cuadras hay un súper y una farmacia. La habitación de buen tamaño, baño amplio, cama muy cómoda. Cerca de restaurantes.

Excellent boutique hotel in a fabulous location - easy walking distance (20 min) to all of the historic district. Stayed 2 nights and felt safe walking everywhere (Independence Hall, Penn’s Landing, etc). Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable…. basic but lovely, with “urban loft” style decor/furnishings. Water temp in room #314 (shower) was a bit unpredictable and varied from one day to the next. No stars knocked as the stay was otherwise fantastic. Everything was digital access (no onsite concierge), but there is secured / digitally coded room in basement level with coded luggage lockers if needed. Also a locally-staffed, 24/7 customer service 800#;… spoke with “May”, who was exceptionally helpful with a complimentary 1-hr checkout extension (due to my having a later flight). An abundance of restaurants, cafes, taverns were all within a few blocks. Walked to a business conference at the Hilton @ Penn’s Landing thru stunningly beautiful and historic neighborhoods. Took a 2-hr walking tour at night (8-10pm) from Independence Hall/Visitors Center, and walked back to this hotel afterward, @ 20 min ea. way. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here agin.

Great experience. First time with a “counterless” check-in. I did not receive the login email to get my access code, but when I texted the number I was sorted in mere minutes. Very smooth. Clean place, great location, and blazingly hot water. Would stay again!

Getting in was a little confusing. They give you the building code and the unit code but then they have step-by-step instructions and when it’s supposed to show the building code, do they show the unit code. So I got confused. Beyond that though the room is big and expensive and feels very comfortable. It’s also got a pizza place downstairs which my kids loved to get food from. And it was a great bar to relax at the end of the day.

The location was great for my needs, it's noisy, but it's a city, so that should be expected. I was bummed there were no ear plugs as advertised, but I was able to pick some up for the second night. The room was clean and very basic, but what I expected. The bedding was put on incorrectly, which was odd, but easily fixed.

Room was well-appointed and large. However, it was lots of codes 4-6 digits long to get through each door. If you get locked out as most do in the reviews, getting in touch with them is a bit difficult. As far as location, it's proximity to everything could not get better. Great location, hip neighborhood, and amazing restaurants nearby. Would like to visit again. Just hope the codes don't lock us out again.

It was great for what it was but not having anyone on staff to help out at all might prevent me from staying there again

The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.

Poor very poor. Got checked in on line and got codes for front door lobby and apartment door could not get in till 4pm which is fine. No workable luggage lockers available but the staff in the bar below apartments were great and let us leave our bags with them while we explored the area. Then get message saying apartment would not be ready till 5.30pm and as we were meeting friends at 5 it wasn't the best. After a great evening with friends we headed back and got our bags from the bar staff that were still there clearing up. We proceed up to apartment with our 6 digit code we received earlier to find it didn't work after trying several times we contacted the property and hotels.com ( who was great) eventually get a new 6 digit code and while on the phone with the property tried said code still didn't work....... they then tell me to put in code and then # key which then let us in to the apartment on none of the correspondence did it say use the # key!!!! Front door was 4 digit code# and lobby was 4 digit code apartment was 6 digit code so why would you use the # key when not advised???? Not a happy customer.

In short , no staff . No clear Signage . Located at dysfunctional 5 street corner. Many parking authority agents. No parking . No unload parking . Entrance locked . Obscure instructions w phone number just in case you’re trying to enter . 15 min orientation to code numbers . My door did not close properly . Had no clue . Not cool . TV looked great but didn’t work . No staff . Futuristic dystopia . Terrible . Likely cameras in rooms , how could they not ? EFD UP . Terrible concept . Not good for me .

The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work. Would you let me to become an electrical inspector and find out that nothing worked none of the plugs not one. Maintenance was very helpful. He came immediately explained the water situation and gave me the heater earlier when I first checked in I don’t think it was nothing that he could do about the electrical because I feel as though whatever happened no one mentioned it. And now that I think about it when my friend first got to the room before we left to go out, she actually checked the refrigerator and said it was hot, and she looked to see that it was all the way turned up and figured that maybe they had the fridge unplugged while there was no guest in the room. I don’t know but when I got back, that’s when I figured like wait a minute something is wrong.
