The best location in the world! Throughout the wedding weekend, we stayed here and reserved the entire hotel for our guests. From initial and ongoing communications, excellent arrangements around reservations, flexibility with changes, etc., hotel management was immaculate. Nikki made us feel very welcome and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. All weekend, we received excellent service. The pool and amenities are beautiful, have a great location near the beach, and are easily accessible and free to park. Both us and our guests loved it! The hotel handled our pretending cocktail and brunch after the wedding, and the hotel was both professional and accommodating, worked in coordination with all of the vendors, and made us feel at home. This place is highly recommended regardless of whether the purpose is a visit to Vero Beach or a special event!.

I absolutely adored the modern vintage Miami decoration. Our rooms are just 18 with an individual exterior door in the traditional motel manner, which was useful. Ours was situated directly next to stairs and had an attractive renovation from the Is? Beach directly across the street. There are plenty of tables for lunch and a tidy, and rejuvenating pool. This option is useful if you stay for a day. Spectacular, but perfectly designed kitchen with everything you need. huge tiled shower where the tub had presumably been removed. The window air conditioning was the only drawback, but it wouldn't have been the same atmosphere without it.

The cleanliness in our room was excellent, and the furnishings were excellent! The beach is only a short walk away, and the setting is serene. In a climate with extreme humidity and traffic, we seldom enjoy sitting on the furniture at all. It would be nice if a more secure method to arrange late check-ins and early departures than leaving the keys in an unlocked room. If coffee was available in the office in the morning, we would require the office to be hired well before dawn. We had a great time at the hotel despite these two minor suggestions.

We had a wonderful vacation there. To enjoy our anniversary, we stayed the final week of September. It was a terrific time with great staff, spotless rooms, an amazing pool area, and immaculate grounds, and it was in a perfect position, across from the beach and south beach park, a few minutes' walk to three excellent restaurants plus a tiny pizzeria, a fiveminute easy drive to the islands business district along the ocean do or ten minutes from downtown Vero on the mainland. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and the available tables for several outdoor meals. We also grabbed a few beach chairs they have available to take advantage of the excellent beach just across the street through the park. September is a wonderful time to visit, unlike winter and summer vacation times. It was calm and occasionally appeared to be our own place, particularly in the early mornings, when I used the lap pool alone. We first discovered South Beach Place in April 2013, and our second visit only confirmed that we had discovered a treasure. We're already planning our next stay in April, and we were eager to have another fantastic stay.

Nikki and her team are amazing. They take excellent care of you. This is an amazing hotel. They have beautiful grounds, a big, clean pool, and a gas grill. It is close to the beach on foot. Will be back! The rooms are individually decorated and have a stove and fridge. The entire hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautiful!.
