As a budget minded hotel, this “Spark” was awesome! Clean, affordable, and staffed with friendly people! The breakfast offered served a wide variety of quality items, though there were no “hot items” available as of 6/2/26

The room is was as described. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice. At check in she offered a list of restaurants and pizza menus for dinner as I said we were hungry. The continental breakfast was good. Muffins were delicious. They had cereal, bagels, yogurt too. Only thing there was no hot items such as waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon.

Excellent mid-week stay Mon night through Fri morn. Stayed in king bed suite. Secondary suite room is very sparse lacking many fixtures, furniture, or wall art. No big deal, just odd. Actual bedroom very nice, though shades let in light from parking lot. Bed on the softer side, but not painfully so (we prefer a firm mattress, which is just personal preference). Sheets and blanket extremely cozy and comfortable! Room service cleaned the room once during a four night stay, which is just fine. Did not eat breakfast as selection very limited, as expected at this type of property. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Shower was pipping hot, water pressure not the best but fine. A/C unit could get quite cold (great) but was very noisy. While it did not impact our stay, I noticed that the elevator chime was extremely loud and very noticeable from the secondary suite room, but not the bedroom. Could be an issue for regular single-rooms near the elevator. Some rooms on the first floor were immediately adjacent to the lobby, which could be an issue. No noise issues from other guests. A few other reviewers complained that quiet hours were actually enforced, and for that we were very happy! I've seen SPARK described as putting lip stick on a pig, and that is an apt description, but the lip stick is quite good and better than expected. I'd probably avoid this hotel on busy and more expensive concert weekends. Midweek at reasonable rates, you get what you pay for.

This hotel was perfect for our needs while attending a weekend long soccer tournament. Close to everything, clean, staff worked very hard with lots of demands coming at them. Breakfast was simple but very good. **Only issue, dogs barking late at night and early in the morning.

My friend and I stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C unit was quiet, which is such a bonus in a hotel room for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is a little small with not much counter space, but otherwise everything was great. I was a little disappointed there were no eggs (protein!!) for breakfast, but otherwise the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near the park and other attractions.

Room was clean. There was some damage to the door not allowing the swing lock to secure the door. I had booked specifically for the location and breakfast. Disappointed in breakfast. It was continental at best with the option to buy breakfast sandwich from front desk. Perhaps have a toilet plunger in rooms so patron doesn’t have to call front desk basically announcing your bathroom challenges.
