I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine

Yes the parking was ample and appeared to be safe. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk clerk was very personable and professional.

Room was clean however the tub is old and run down for the room I stayed in. Didn’t care for the pricing it wasn’t really worth it. Staff was kind and friendly very professional!

Will stay again if need arises. Nice place. However, please consider better pillows. The ones we had were very mushy and they had an odor.

1. Pool is no longer open. Everything else is great. It is a great place to stay with a chili's next door.
