The first thing we noticed when walking in to the hotel was how good it smelled. Nice and clean. No musty odors at all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are top notch!! The room was clean and the pool was too!! Breakfast—great variety and available until 10! My only critique would be—I wish they had the little liners for the ice buckets! Otherwise, this will absolutely be my go to Tuscaloosa hotel!!

Clean & spacious room at a super price. I met 3 staff members while there & all of them were friendly and helpful.

It’s convenient and very close to the University of Alabama. However our room was a bit dirty on the floor and shelf underneath the TV. Seems it wasn’t clean. Besides that, it was just a simple room and good for a one night stay. I liked the staff there.

Clean. Cute. Ran from a rat infested hotel ( called best… something ). Skip that one, do this one. You’re welcome. Only thing I wish was that the pool area wasn’t basically in the parking lot and that access for the pool should’ve had a different entrance instead of main lobby. But that’s ok for what I dealt with at the other place! I just needed a clean place and this was it.

We stay at this hotel quite often when visiting Tuscaloosa. This trip we did have an issue on day two where our smoke alarm was beeping due to a battery issue, Kenzie ay the front desk was absolutely so helpful. She moved us since maintenance had gone home for the night. She was quick and very accommodating. All of the staff is nice an pleasant but she went above and beyond making sure our stay was great! Thank you Kenzie for all of your help!

First, the grounds are well maintained. Not a cigarette butt, trash, pothole in sight! On arrival, it was simple, fast, and, my 6 yr old Grandson and myself were greeted warmly at the desk. The elevator was right off the lobby. To me this is a HUGE convenience and, I am grateful 🙏. Plus, the coffee/tea station, drinks, snacks, and sitting area for breakfast (also, well stocked and maintained) were right by the front desk. Our room was lovely, clean, and I adore whatever shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion they keep also, well stocked ❤️. I will stay (if possible) with them every time I visit with my Daughter and, Grandson!
