I strongly recommend this hotel and will remain here again. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was really friendly. They responded quickly to my early check-in. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Larry and Woody the shuttle drivers were excellent, and these guys gave excellent customer service.

When I landed a day early for a cruise, I spent the night here. The hotel is peaceful and has several restaurants within walking distance. There are plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. To get to your ship the following morning, you'll need a quick taxi or an uber drive because the distance to the cruise port is a little more than 5 miles. All in all, if you are about to embark on a cruise, this is a fantastic and reasonably priced option to stay.

I will never remain in this motel again. Thankfully, I cashed in convoy points, otherwise, I would have required a refund. Ive stayed at this hotel several times without having any real issues. It's always incredibly busy, but they are good at handling it. With my luggage, I arrived pretty early in the morning on Easter Sunday. I then went to the terminal 3 hotel pickup sign, picking up my bags. The hotel employees weren't even able to provide me with the hotel manager's name. I called the hotel to request a shuttle, and she assured me that he would arrive. Three lanes are present, including a pickup lane for hotel shuttles, an airport shuttle pickup lane, and a middle-through-traffic lane. It turns out that a shuttle is quickly approaching the middle-through-traffic lane, so I assume this isn't mys since it isn't stopping. Once it gets close, I see the side of it, which is actually a springhill suites van. The other guests sitting next to me were joking about it not stopping, and I retorted to the receptionist that the van never stopped. She promised to call him again to return, but no problem. The van never stops, but I told the receptionist, and I told her that I should have yelle

Our last visit was delayed, and when we asked about the shuttle to arrive and take us, they said the wait time would be 20 minutes. The hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport, which was 45 minutes after that. The breakfast is always good, and the room is so cozy.
