Fantastic restaurant adjacent lobby. Super food and staff. And, I am a very fussy eater. There was a shocking fire alarm but it seemed like growing pains of a beautifully clean, new hotel. I really appreciated an unannounced early check in. Note that prearrangement s must be made for airport shuttle. They do mot come on a half hour basis. Only on request

Transportation is great as there is no consistency on taxis in Chicago (very expensive). The facilities are amazing: clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is weak but there is a restaurant that you can pay to eat in and a Mac Donald’s across the road. Walking distance to other restaurants as well! Great location

Clean rooms cute lobby and nice restaurant I’m side hotel … but parking is 18 dollars a night which is cheaper then surrounding hotels but it should be free in my eyes if you paid for a nights stay. I would return

I enjoyed my stay so much I turned 3 days into a week and a half stay . The environment was elite , perfect for anyone wanting a safe area that’s pretty affordable for your buck but also want a luxury feel .Honestly khan was the best manager on duty , he definitely made me feel like I was at home and never had an issue with me extending to stay over , overall everyone was very nice and super accommodating. Anything I needed was assured without a doubt , definitely coming here when I visit Chicago again .

The proximity to the ORD airport is impeccable. We were surprised by the nice on-site dining restaurant. The beds were cozy. The only downside was the shower stall had tendency to overfill.
