The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff that was there was very proffesional. I was worried because I called the night before and the male who answered the phone wasn't. His replies were yea not yes, no follow up question and honestly I felt I may have awoken him or he didnt understand what I was saying. When I called back that morning and conducted business with the other two ladies the experience was great

This hotel was in the perfect location, right off of 71 and close to the restaurant I was having my meeting. They were pet friendly and I didn't have to find a place to board my dog. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices to choose from. I will use this hotel for future visits to Columbus.

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive as well as the breakfast hostess. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was very close to shopping. One minor problem was a water leak above the first floor which caused the first floor hallway carpet to be very weti in a 5 foot area.
