For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends (Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24-hour front desk.
Guests arriving outside front desk assistance hours must call the phone number displayed at the front desk for check-in support.
Parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the property. An additional charge of USD 25 per night will apply and be collected at the property.
Property Policies & Restrictions: A. Smoking Policy Smoking is permitted in designated areas. In cases of non-compliance, a violation fee of $250 will be strictly enforced. B. Pet Policy A Pet Fee will be applicable as follows: $25 per day for the initial six nights, $15 per day thereafter. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 penalty, with a maximum of two pets allowed per room. Service animals are exempt from this policy. The maximum permissible weight for pets is 150 lbs. Any pets deemed dangerous or illegally traded will not be allowed. C. Pots, Pans & Plates The following charges apply for the purchase of pots, pans, and plates: $39.99 for the larger pots and pans set; $19.99 for plates. Should a guest opt to rent the $39.99 set, the cost will be $15 per week. A $40 penalty will be deducted from the security deposit if any rented items are damaged. D. Linen Damage In the event that any linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, or towel) is damaged, a penalty ranging from $15 to $40 will be charged based on the item. Early check-in and late check-out are permissible at an additional charge of $10, subject to the availability of the same room category. E. Unauthorized Guest An unauthorized guest will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of USD 70 upon check-in. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon departure.
Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay
