Parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the property. An additional charge of USD 25 per night will apply and be collected at the property.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, and a non-compliance fee of USD 250 will be strictly enforced for any violation. Pet fees apply as follows: USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights and USD 15 per day thereafter, with a USD 100 penalty for any unauthorized pet and a maximum of 2 pets per room; service animals are exempt, pets must not exceed 150 lbs in weight, and any dangerous or illegally traded animals are not permitted. Pots, pans, and plates may be purchased at USD 39.99 for a larger pots and pans set and USD 19.99 for plates; alternatively, the USD 39.99 pots and pans set can be rented for USD 15 per week, and a USD 40 damage penalty will be deducted from the security deposit if any rented items are damaged. If linen items (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, and towels) are damaged, a penalty between USD 15 and USD 40 will be charged, depending on the item and extent of damage. Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost of USD 10 each, subject to availability of the same room category. Unauthorized guests will be charged USD 50 per person, per night.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of USD 70 upon check-in. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon departure.
