It appears that you have invested significant money in renovations in the hotel, so it is pleasing. Sadly, the front desk misinterprets your guest registration policy surprised us. They required that everyone in my family provide government-issued photo identification. When I asked for the policy in writing, I was told that you have to prove that you are at least 18 years old and have provided a valid state or government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or drivers license, you are the registrar of other visitors and visitors at the front desk you are the registrar of other visitors and visitors. You are responsible for your visitors and visitors. I tried to clarify the lawfully stated policy with the front-desk assistant and manager that your policy only requires the registering guest to provide an id while simultaneously taking legal responsibility for the actions of all the registrated visitors. I was disinterested dismissed. I am the registrar. I provided my driver's license. I listed each of my family members as the other guests in the room. I am responsible for my family. There is no place in the policy that makes it clear that each of my visitors is also required to supply government-issued photo identification. It was a considerable challenge for us to call our dogsitter to make a special trip to our home and text us photos of IDs for my wife and kids. We spent over an

The staff was fantastic and the manager, Lauren, was very well acquainted with the area and attractions. The room was modern and clean. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality

As with many places, this place offers both good and bad. Starting with the good, the rooms are spacious, and ours was clean. A big bonus is the tiny kitchen. Just enough for a breakfast or lunch. There's a little two-person bar between the bedroom and the kitchen that offers a convenient and easy place to eat. The bad here. Although it was presented as a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke the entire 4 days we were there, including with the window open. This was a very unpleasant experience as nonsmoking. They advertise maid service, but on the day we asked when we would be changing our towels, we were told that it was our responsibility to take them to the office for exchange. How is this maid service? We were aware that wifi was not free, but we did not anticipate that the fee would be for each computer rather than for the room. So okay, we spent 16 instead of 8 for two computers. The only problem was that the service would not work on my brand-new Macintosh. Several of the office staff attempted to set it up for me but to no avail. True enough, studio 6 did refund my $8, but I was left at the library doing computer work.
