For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.

Parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the property. An additional charge of USD 25 per night will apply and be collected at the property.
Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Any violation will result in a $250 fee.

Pet Policy:

Pet fees: $25 per day for the first six nights, $15 per day thereafter.

Penalty for unauthorized pets: $100.

Unauthorized Guests

Any unauthorized guest will be charged $50 per person per night.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of USD 70 upon check-in. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon departure.
Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.
All rooms have 50-inch Flat-Screen TV.
Cleaning services are based upon the number of nights stayed;For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.For a stay of 7 nights or fewer, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Contact the hotel for more details.Towels and linens are available at the front reception.A valid credit card is required at check-in.
