The most important aspect of occupying a room is sleep and shower. The cosmetic upgrades, fridge, light fixtures, air conditioner were amazing and looked great, but the room needs better - newer beds/pillows and shower facilities. The shower was painful, like Marjorie Taylor Greene's (Georgia Congresswoman LOL) so called space lasers trying to penetrate your skin with fire. Jets of water at very high velocity.

I absolutely loved the room it’s self & how it was set up! Although the cleanliness of the room wasn’t that good! Microwave was dirty no blankets in the room, hair in the shower. It was an alright stay

Front desk person acted as if we were intruding. She removed earpiece halfway through checkin. Had no hot water 2 nights. Front desk was not helpful with that.

Room were dirty , Roaches and other insects in both rooms I was given , stayed one nigh and left . No one at front desk to complain to , called Hotels.com and after 48 hours of them not being able to contact hotel it was decided no refund would be issued - DISGUSTING !!!!!
