Staff is amazing , great location , old motel that has been maintained very well . Rooms were very clean, property is kept clean of debris exterior also . The Mexican restaurant next door , not so good , take the time and go down a block or two( same side of the road ) to the Mexican store / restaurant.

My rating is based on this as a budget, 2-star motel. There is nothing wrong with a 2-start place, as long as your expectations are adjusted to that standard. We needed a simple one-night place to stay while at a tournament at Bonney Lake High School and we did not plan to be in the room much. Price was a significant consideration. The room was clean and basic. There were some signs of wear, but it had also been updated recently and with some care. It is a motel with two stories. Our second level room opened onto the upper walkway and overlooked the ample parking lot. This made my teenage daughter nervous, but I felt adequately safe on the second floor with a deadbolt. YMMV. We got in at about 9:30 p.m. and left by 7:00 a.m. During that time there was no unusual noise from the other guests or in the parking lot. Our check-in and check-out were handled cheerfully and smoothly by the staff in the office. There is complimentary coffee available and a selection of candy and snacks to purchase. All in all, a good, basic stay. I would recommend this motel to others with the same level of expectations.
