Please note that pets are allowed upon request and for an additional charge of USD 50 per pet per reservation, with a limit of 2 pets per room.Please note that pets must be kept on a leash while in public areas of the property.Smoking in the rooms will incur an additional charge of USD 500.Damages will be charged to the credit card provided after the check-out.The pool is heated and open seasonally, weather dependent, from May through September.Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. It is closed during the colder months.Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty—guests use the pool at their own risk.For safety reasons, children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.Payment is 100% collected upon booking as we manage the property remotely.Early check-in requests can only be made on the day of arrival.While we do our best to accommodate these requests, early check-in is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.Linen Fee: A $15 fee applies to each linen or towel requiring stain removal beyond normal laundering.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
