The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only 1 towel was available. The staff could have been friendlier but that's not a big issue. The shower was the best thing. Lots of water pressure and temperature was perfect. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. Mini fridge did not work and would have had to change rooms which I felt wasn't an option as I was extremely ill. The swimming pool (which you can't swim in) needs to be covered better or cleaned so guest can use it because as of right now it is disgusting to see. Staff was friendly and easy to get along with. Will stay again

Acknowledging that "you get what you pay for," I was severely disappointed with state of the property and it's overall lack of cleanliness. Noting: an unhoused person was living in an abandoned vehicle, supported on jacks, at what I thought was the hotel's front entrance; a sign at what I thought would be the "front desk" directed me to check in at the hotel next-door; the desk clerk at the hotel next door was pre-occupied with co-workers' conversation while I waited several minutes for him to give attention to me and check me in; neither the refrigerator nor the microwave had been cleaned - I had to wipe them out on my own; no toilet paper in bathroom; the toilet bowl was disgustingly dirty,; I could not adjust the temperature in the shower from anything other than scalding hot so didn't ever get to shower. I will not stay here again.

I paid for a king size , got a room with 2 queen beds , no wash clothes , room smelled of smoke , hallway smelled of urine , no one to speak with about my experience , Ph # on my receipt when called was out of service , i do not recommend

No receptionist at the site. No sign that we need to check in at neighbour hotel. Neighbour hotel staff who check me in is nice but the morning women receptionist is very rude and not friendly at all. She is supposed not working at hospitality
