We had a wonderful stay and were extremely pleased with every aspect of our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was quick and easy, and we immediately felt welcomed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the room. The hotel itself was quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The common areas were clean and inviting, and it was clear that the property is well cared for. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Every employee we encountered was courteous and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

We had a spotless room with plenty of towels etc for our stay. The bathroom was roomy and bed slept great! My husband enjoyed having a chair to be able to sit up to watch tv! We would definitely stay here again if we were coming thru Jasper! The staff was very helpful and evdn Had some suggestions for restaurants at checkout!

We stopped here on a road trip from Oklahoma to Florida - clean, safe, convenient - especially traveling alone with my two children. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave! No freezer, but there's an ice machine, and the front desk put my coolers in their freezer - nice! The breakfast was good: hard-boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels. We booked again for the return trip!

This was a great place to stop and spend the night as we were making a long distance move. The staff were so genuinely helpful courteous and professional. The room was clean the shower was hot and plenty of hot water I might add. And the beds were comfortable. It was a very comfortable and safe place to spend the night.

I doubt you could find a better bang for your buck in this area. As a business traveler, I often stay in the Jasper area. As long as SureStay maintains their current excellence, especially at their constant competitive prices, I will choose only SureStay Jasper. Clean, wonderful staff, and convenient. During my most recent stay, I left two boxes of sample product, which were intended for a customer. The front desk called immediately, and the problem was solved. Lovely!!!
