Very clean and close to the train and downtown cottonwood. It's being renovated so no pool or outdoor hangout space available as of June 2026 but I would definitely come back and stay here.

The property is fairly new and extremely well taken care of. The staff is excellent, and paid attention to small details. The breakfast was wonderful, freshly made on site with lots of options. The room was spacious with amazing local art. The bed is comfortable and the shower was amazing! Overall felt like a resort. There are some neat little towns near by. The area is rich with history.

This was an absolute gem. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing and the property was pristine. We were shocked to find out it had been open for 2 years. Everything looked brand new- we thought we were the first ones to ever stay in the room! There is a lovely seating area out back. Would absolutely recommend!

Enjoyed variety of breakfast, plenty to pick from. Staff was great, helpful. Room was clean. You could provide more hanging hooks and towel racks in bathroom. Enjoyed cookies and fruit, water, coffee, lemonade during the day. It will be nice when pool and hot tub and cover is done. Love the fire pit area.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The entire facility was very clean and even smelled clean. The room was spacious and very well furnished. The bathroom was gorgeous. The free breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. We will stay here again!

This was the loveliest stay I’ve had. The location is amazing, close to shopping and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. The view from the patio was stunning, we spent several hours on the back patio. Staff was all wonderful. Room was large and clean. Just overall a fantastic place.
