AGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 to rent guestrooms. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
DAILY RESORT FEE: For your convenience, an automatic USD 25 resort fee plus applicable taxes will be applied daily to your folio. The resort fee includes in-room safe, in-room coffee & tea, bottled water, and access to our 24-hour fitness center.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY: A credit card or debit card is required to check in to the hotel. The name on the card must match the government-issued ID of the guest presenting the card. If the debit/credit card you are using for check-in is associated with a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals in the amount of USD 50/night, through your date of check-out. Such funds will be released after departure and may take up to 7-10 business days to be returned to your account at the discretion of your financial institution. PET POLICY: Talking Stick Resort does not allow pets on the property or in the resort’s hotel rooms unless the animal is an approved ADA service animal. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate eviction, as well as a pet cleaning fee. All service dogs will be evaluated by our Security Department upon arrival.
RESORT AMENITIES: All reservations made are for Hotel Room usage only and do not imply the availability of any of the Resort’s amenities or features other than those found inside the hotel rooms. No discounts on room rates will be provided based on closures, special events, inclement weather, repairs, or other situations, which may limit the use of amenities or hotel areas. These areas include but are not limited to the Resort’s pool, spa, outlets, or any other area located within the Resort’s grounds.
SMOKING POLICY: All Talking Stick Resort guest rooms are non-smoking. The use of all types of smoking devices, including electronic cigarettes and vapor smoking devices, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel tower including guest rooms, balconies, patios, hallways, elevators, and stairwells. A smoke removal fee of at least USD 500 will be assessed to your account if you smoke anywhere in the hotel tower. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees should excessive cleaning be required. The hotel reserves the right to charge for items requiring repair or replacement.

Wave by RELEASE Pool Parties are held at the Main pool on select Saturdays from 1 pm-8 pm. Guests with reservations on the East/Scenic side of the hotel will experience higher noise levels until 8pm. In order to prepare for the event, the Main pool and Lounge pool will close on Saturdays at 12 pm and then will open to hotel guests at 8 am every Sunday.

Please be advised that the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater is not located near Talking Stick Resort. The amphitheater is located at 2121 N. 83rd Ave in Phoenix and Talking Stick Resort is located at 9800 E. Talking Stick Way in Scottsdale.
We are thrilled to bring an elevated and more intimate pool experience to our guests. In order to do so, the West Pool is currently closed for renovations. Please be advised that a higher noise level may be experienced in rooms facing the west side of the hotel during the renovation. Thank you for your understanding while we work on this exciting project. Our guests may still enjoy the Scottsdale sun at our Main Pool or Lounge Pool.
