The cleanliness of the hotel is very bad, the checking-in procedure is down, then the problem doesn't come the next day, after the check-out, the room is not fully cleaned, the outdoor pool in the garage is the only access point, no room for everyone, and the spa will use the same hotel but not the same again,

Ok, so there are a few advantages and drawbacks to this hotel. First off, there is a positive, it was a 5-minute walk to Universal Studios, the Metro, and a 20-minute walk to the Millennium Dance Complex, large rooms queen double suite, a fantastic taco restaurant next door, and numerous other restaurants and pubs nearby! The homeless outside, they were everywhere, but they did not bother us at all. The room floor needed a good mop because it was gross, $ 18 per night expected at check in for gratuity, and the room floor needed a good mop because it was disgusting. However, there was no housekeeping as there were few staff, so what did I pay the 18 dollars per night for? The pool is in the parking lot, staff were frequently seen arguing with people at the reception, and there were no food options at the hotel. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but there was no boiling water for tea. When I asked, they gave me a cup for free, possibly as a portion of the exorbitant gratuity fees. Overall, it was fine for our needs, but I wouldn't go back. Good location if staying one to two nights at Universal.
