Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment.

It's just a perfect place to stay in NYC- beautiful hotel, close to theaters and everything, very helpful friendly staff. Bathtub in room is deep and comfy and beds are like fluffy clouds. Seeing the park outside every morning- so beautiful.

I've stayed at (and liked) many NYC hotels, but this one was near the top of my faves list. The central location is great, but it's still relatively quiet because it looks over Bryant Park. My room was super clean and spacious (I think I had a junior suite) and filled with light, and I loved that I had a nice bathtub and a separate shower. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, which should be done in the next several months, but the rooms are really great now. But the best of all were the terrific staff. John welcomed me to the hotel, and then remembered my name two days later! The doorman (whose name I sadly cannot remember) helped me get a cab to the airport (which was much cheaper than an Uber) and was generally helpful. I really appreciated these nice personal touches. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is probably my favorite hotel in the city Great location great access to everything you need from Subway to the park. Outstanding team they take great care of you. Super cool bar in the basement.

Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife and me to relax. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

A great property in a wonderful location in the beating heart of Manhattan. My most recent stay was in a suite worthy of a Hollywood movie set. Mainly I praise the staff, including maintenance and cleaning staff, who are friendly, kind and very professional.

The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend.
