I do recommend this place in buena park. First, let me start by saying that i work for my company in california, so ive been staying in many hotels. The beds and pillows at quality inn are really soft and very comfortable. This hotel has been updated. Really nice the showers are amazing.

We stayed at this hotel for our vacation. The breakfast was perfect, and we received excellent service from every employee we spoke to. It was in a great location! In front of the medieval restaurant and portos bakery. Although the furniture in the room is antiquated, it is being renovated.

The staff here are very amazing. Darren was a lifesaver. I really appreciate him and the rest of the wonderful staff members here! Great job keeping such pristine and wellmaintained establishment. Given the busy location. On her birthday, we have one happy child!.

We could only stay one night but would stay again and anytime we are in the area. The desk staff was very polite and helpful as were all other staff members. Our room was clean, wellappointed and very comfortable. Loved that the motel was close to all the fun things and that it was well secured.

We stayed for 14 nights. It does what it says it does, it is a bed for the night. Great location for Knotts berry farm 10 minutes from Disney. The room was clean can understand about the floor but if you wear outdoor shoes indoors it will make your feet dirty. Breakfast was basic and selfservice. Cleanliness was maintained. Yes there are cockroaches and lizards around we didnt have any in our room although my son found one. Staff try hard to make it ok, but other guests can make things uncomfortable. Overall i like this simple hotel.

The rooms at the hotel are decent. They are clean and great for sleeping. The room is a bit small, and the sliding barn door with glass in it was an odd choice for the bathroom door. Some of the rooms look updated, but others dont. Its within walking distance to knotts berry farm, which saved me money on parking. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was free. But it is carbbased with muffins, bread, etc. I didnt have much to write about. When i asked the maid not to come into the room specifically, he came into my room. Edited to add that the premium rooms are much better! They have more than one room and cot bed. Also, there are more bathrooms.

I had a great time and had an excellent experience at the quality inn and suites. Due to my flight last night, i had to make lastminute hotel reservations because my original plans needed to be changed. Fortunately, the staff was excellent, understanding, and extremely helpful. The bed was also comfortable, so after navigating countless planes, it was incredibly restful!.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and knotts berry farm. The complex has a pool. Breakfast was continental, but like before covid, with waffles.

This place has a nice location near knotts. The room is comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. There is chilly water in the pool, which is definitely heated. Breakfast is adequate.

I had a wonderful threenight stay. I always say that reviews are not trustworthy because people who have had bad experiences will leave sour reviews whenever they have them, but those with positive experiences dont bother to write, so i decided to do so. The rooms are roomy and cozy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Personally, ive adored the oldlatin architecture. None of the other complaints were really raised. You will be frozen out by air conditioning. There was pristine bedding and towels, and the pool was fantastic. Although it can be difficult to check in at 4 p. M., there is no real reason for it because of logistics. In addition, the location is ideal. We were able to walk to almost everything on our agenda.

The property is wellmaintained, and the staff and other guests are friendly. Great location with a lovely pool and lounging area right in the center courtyard. It is definitely worth checking out.

If you stay in front of the building, you will hear everything (freeway, passing cars) if you sleep in their family suites. Family suite rooms are spacious and generally fine beds. The bathrooms are dirty and old the last time we stayed there were roaches in the bathroom and bathtub breakfast is free they give out waffles, oats bread, fruit and regular coffee (powder cream) not good. Starbucks is right next door! If youre looking to save money and have a big family this hotel is for you! Particularly unless your traveling to Disneyland it takes about 18 minutes to drive on the freeway and takes around 10 minutes without traffic on either side.

The pool was filthy and unusable, full of bugs. Hot tub not available. The room was ready late, 4.30 not 4. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms had numerous stains and mold. Beds were comfortable. Goodsized suites with two bathrooms. Breakfast was not included in the booking process. There is no coffee in either the room or the lobby. However, there are several excellent breakfast establishments nearby, including a Starbucks. Knottsberry farm is within walking distance. Its obvious that they are attempting to renovate. We were in one of the older rooms. Request remodeled and there wont be any mold ask for it. Really nice friendly staff, just in need of some updates.

This hotel is highly recommended. We chose to walk to the Knotts berry farm instead of paying for parking, so we didnt have to pay for it. My husband and daughters enjoyed the pool. The personnel are pleasant. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are roomy.

The renovation looks good, but there are also cockroaches. I checked in at 4.30 and now its 5.48 and i have now seen 3 cockroach! I definitely do not recommend this place.

This place is amazing! We stayed in a twobedroom suite with three queen beds and slumber sofas. The breakfast was free and delicious. Great location! You can walk to the medieval times and the berry farm at Knotts berries. Staff were great, bed and sheets comfortable. No hot water, but we didnt care. It was warm enough!.
