The room was clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. We had the buffet for breakfast and it was very well stocked. Had a drink in the lounge while enjoying the nightly entertainment. Definitely recommend staying at the Guest House EVERY TIME.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at The Guest House. Our room was above average. The lobby bar & barista were exceptional. Live music was superb & fun. The pool was also delightful. The gift shop was a nice added amenity, as was the coffee shop. The PBJ sandwiches at 9 pm were also a great added amenity. My only complaint was our experience at Delta's Kitchen. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Decided to dine in, at Delta's Kitchen. The service was below par. Our waitress, Alexia, did not even offer to refill our water glasses, nor did she check back once our meal was served. . We spent $300 on wine & dinner at Delta's Kitchen that night. I think that warrants good service. In addition, each table around us waited at least 20 min for their check, and 15 min for a hostess to appear & seat them. The restaurant was not busy. The entire front of the house staff would all just disappear. for 20 min at a time, then all would 'reappear'. I will say the crab cake, beef tips, NY Strip, asparagus & collard greens were exceptional. Hats off to the chef.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. It offered enough amenities and activities to keep you at the property during our stay. We just came for Graceland and this hotel was perfect for that. The pool was nice and big. Wished for a hot tub but that’s ok. I would definitely stay again.

The Elvis theme throughout is so fun! We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and seeing an Elvis movie every night in the theater followed by peanut butter sandwiches for a late-night snack. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttles to Graceland and the airport were also very convenient and easy to use. We will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful grounds and I love the pool area. Clean and well maintained. Really nice friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very hard and I only slept 2 hrs the first night so that was sad but the only issue. Everything else was wonderful. I will be back with my own bedding to make softer.

You will never stay at a resort where you are treated as well as I was treated at the Guest House of Graceland. I felt like my experience there was the most important thing to them and they made me so happy. I have never felt that way about anywhere I have stayed and I have been all over this country in all upscale resorts. They take their responsibility very seriously and you will never regret staying there. TCB is the creed following in Elvis' footsteps in every detail.

The Guesthouse at Graceland is the best hotel you can stay in while visiting Memphis. Throughout the hotel you hear Elvis Presley music and can watch movies at their theater! Front desk staff is always welcoming and great you with a smile. Aunt Delta's restaurant has the best food and the Shake, Rattle and Roll coffee shop serves the best coffee! The hotel is located next to Graceland and you can take a 5 minute walk to visit. I love this hotel and plan on visiting again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House at Graceland. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of unique touches that make the experience special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, movie theater, and the iconic Graceland staircase display. The restaurants on-site offered great food and added to the overall experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time. We look forward to returning on a future trip to Memphis.

Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was very clean and comfortable. I worked out one morning in the little gym, took a brief dip in the pool and ate some caloric southern cooking. It was a fantastic stay. Though it’s is out of their control, the road work on Elvis Presley Blvd is really sad. Said to be taking years. Otherwise, its proximity to Graceland is great. Elvis movies? PB&J afterwards? Such fun! And honestly, I will never get tired of hearing Elvis songs all day and all night. Bonus!
