The location is strategic, close to the subway, mcey, and empire state. The rooms are clean. We didnt have anywhere to sit in the room so we gave it a 4 star rating. Cleanliness is good and the staff is friendly. I will definitely keep this gem to book when i go to new york city.

The location was great, a short walk from times square, 5th avenue and other attractions. The hotel is great value for money and we will recommend it to others who live in new york. Thank you also to victoria for her help after the trip with our damage deposit! Great hotel in midtown manhattan, the room was clean, spacious, and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered luggage storage after an early arrival.

This is the hotel i will be staying at when ill return to new york city. The location was 10000000/10! Very convenient, especially with a metro stop right outside. We booked king suite and the room was very clean, spacious and had great views. Hot water in the taps was always available. Ac worked exceptionally well. There was also nascent fridge and safe. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Elevators worked very quickly. 10/10 experience. Cant wait to come back!.

We stayed in a king deluxe room for 5 nights. It was very clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting new york city - close to the subway, shopping, dining, and the theatre. There is no sign outside the building and there is naivety lobby looks like delirium. When i arrived, he was worried. But the staff were friendly and professional. Since we arrived around 1 pm and went for lunch, they allowed us to check our luggage. At 3 p. M., the room was ready, but once obligingly saw the space, it felt comfortable enough. We will stay at the Herald again. Although the coffee maker was in the apartment, there was no drinkable coffee in those packages. However, just to right of the entrance near the metro is an active coffee and breakfast cart. A large coffee cost $2, while supper sandwich costs $4. So getting my morning joe was merely requiring hopping on the elevator.

As far as hotels go, nothing fancy, everything you need, and nothing you dont. And what a wonderful group. Jose welcomed us as if we had been friends for ages, jon offered to find us s o u room for early checkin, but lila had us checked in within minutes. Gil showed up that afternoon and knows the area like his back. He doesnt just tell you where something is, instead, it walks you out the door to show you. Ive been coming to new york city for medical reasons for several years and have stayed in many hotels. This has the best staff of them all. Right next to nyc subway station, lots of restaurants, macys across the street, etc. Even the maintenance guy who was called to our room on the first day recognized us in the elevator two days later and inquired about our accommodation. If i have to continue my journey, then ill definitely book rooms at hereldluxurban.

Excellent position in front of the macys store. To find the hotel, you must search for the rooftop bar signage because there is no signage. The front desk was very pleasant on the first day of checkin, and i gave 10 out of 10. Customer service. That day, the bellman was also excellent customer service, sadly, his name and address were lost. Customer support from the rest of staff and bellmen was 7 outof 10. The room had a beautiful view and was clean, but ive only got minor complaints like the shower draining and the contact lenses werent working properly, as well as the stained sheets in the corners. I would return.

We stayed in a room on the 6th floor and got the best view. The room was clean and the hallway was also clean. Checkin is at 3 pm, but if you arrive earlier than that, you can leave your luggage with them. Will make another reservation in the future.

The location is good, the rooms are clean and the price is affordable. The hotel is a bit worn around the edges, but if you just stay here to use the bed and shower this is perfect. Nice and quiet, no frills. Perfect for us as our trip was based on i had stayed for 4 nights and went sightseeing.

I should have reviewed this hotel. I think it's long since I've reviewed it. The location is perfect, directly across from Marys, and the rooms are decent and tidy. It has everything we need for a quick family holiday stay.

The location is excellent! Near the empire state building. Times square, central park, and other fantastic locations are all within walking distance, as well as very nice neighborhoods like greenwich village, etc. Herald square is directly across the street from the hotel, which provides access to numerous subway lines. The hotel offers a lovely little terrace ten stories up, but there is also savorable rooftop bar in the same building with sweeping views of the esb. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was maintained and practical in this room. Excellent hotel at incredibly affordable price in downtown chicago. Would undoubtedly make another reservation!.

We had no complaints about our stay! Excellent room we lucked out because it rained throughout our three nights there. The room was spacious, wellkept, and had a wonderful bathroom. Although the furnishings and fixtures are antiquated, they didnt bother us. While the lobby is small and packed, there is if necessary supper or groups of people can wait in idly on october 1 to the top floor. Management was polite, as was the transportation to and from the airport they organized. Due to persistent rain, he did not visit the rooftop bar or restaurant.

This is a nice place to stay. We stayed in Manhattan for 2 and a half days with our kids. In order to make it easy to travel around the city, this marriott hotel is located strategically directly next to the tube station. This hotel is also close to many famous tourist sites such as ith at times. The service at this hotel is minimal, with the lobby with a breakfast bistro, but the food is expensive and basic. The room facilities are sufficient for a short stay.

The location is excellent. It is only 250 meters from the empire state building. However, what i would like to suggest is the room amenities. There is just one glass in the space, for instance. The housekeeper should pay more attention for the four people staying.

It was our first time in New York City and this hotel is perfect! close to Marys, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, and the subway. This hotel has a rooftop loungebar and a coffee bar serving starbucks. However, for two nights in a row, the entire floor, including our room, smelled like pot. I informed the front desk and the manager, who responded to my complaint right away. I guess it could have been the neighbor or we don't know. The issue was resolved using spray! other than that, everything was good!.

We strongly recommend this hotel, and this will be our choice if we stay in the city! First and foremost, the front desk personnel, including Sheen and others I lost my note with all their names, were incredibly nice and enjoyable to interact with. Bend over backwards helpful and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with their clients. Next was jose, who handled luggage storage. He is well knowledgeable about the city. We didn't want to explore the tourist attractions and simply wanted to stroll around the city. He recommended walking across the street to several neighborhoods and parks that took us through several neighborhoods. It was wonderful. Ask this man about things to do! Our room was excellent although small, it worked perfectly for us! The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the view of the empire state building. Very satisfied with the accommodations! Great location in the city with many locations, and a subway stop also nearby. Perfect for an event at Mu. We took the train down to the city, so we stored our luggage before our room was ready and again after checkout because we had time before our train. Very convenient! We did venture to the rooftop bar, but we didn't stay. Nice views, but this was a club for younger people and not for us since we were in our is. But it was busy and appeared to be very popular.
