Because it was close to Disney World, I selected this hotel. Up until you first arrive, the images appeared appealing. It is near a bustling freeway and industrial area. Generally, it is not a family-friendly place to remain or safe outside of your accommodation at night. The motel itself was outdated. The man who greeted us that night while I worked with my tired and slumbering toddler was less than enthusiastic about his which made for a wonderful first impression. Prior to entering the location and checking in, I was informed my card wouldn't be charged. The transaction wasn't too significant as I planned to remain there that evening after an epic Disney tour. For my 5 hour stay, I was advised to put down a 200 security deposit. In addition, the rooms were also outdated, the wallpaper was peeling, water damage was visible on the walls, the carpet was smelly, and the room smelled of smoke. The toilet was clean, but the hole in the wall was a little perplexing. While taking a shower, it was awkward. I was able to cover it with a towel. Breakfast was sufficient for being provided. They did their best to organize it, but it was filthy and in poor condition. Each time they released funds, I received confirmation from my bank. In conclusion, I have paid a total of $436 for a subpar experience

When we arrived here, we had a birthday celebration and we only booked this hotel to be close to downtown Fullerton. The room was also nice and clean. The receptionist is also really friendly. They provide a free breakfast buffet, which was a nice touch.

We were at this hotel because all the hotels nearby disneyland were full. The hotel fullerton advertises free shuttle rides to disneyland, but when you check, you must make appointments and it isn't available between 2 and 6. We ended up driving ourselves to the park on our own for two of the three days we were there. The shuttle back ride was a bit intriguing. The shuttle appeared to be about to fall apart. I noticed one of the latches for the emergency exit was unlatched and some of the shuttle's molding was coming off. The rooms were recently renovated and tastefully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised that they were actually roomy for standard-size rooms. We liked how clean the hotel room was. It required some repair on the back of the bathroom door. One of the restaurants wasn't open yet, and the pool still required surfaced. Overall, this isn't a bad location as long as Disney is not on your list of places to visit.

This is a comfortable hotel with a convenient location and very helpful staff. We arrived at 7.30 pm tired after several hours of driving. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. To reach higher floors, there are stairs and an elevator. To enter the rooms, you must exit the building through an open-air hallway. I was able to request additional pillows. The room was simple but comfortable. The mattress was firmer than I prefer, but we slept well. The hotel is next to the freeway, and I was grateful the air conditioner in the room made enough noise to block the sound of traffic. The pool and exercise area appeared inviting, but I didn't have time to use them. The breakfast platter was generously sized and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, drinks, and fruit. The motel's restaurants were closed owing to comid.
