Beautiful place, all new, in renovation all place, the only bad thing is the space at the shower, is xtra small, nice housekeeper, and front desk very polite, second time in 2 years in Grand Tetón, maybe I’ll come back in a few years.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a camper, behind our vehicle and they had enough room to park it, while we spend the night. Clean room, comfortable, convenient location. Please consider adding hairdryer to the rooms. The rest was great. Pool was clean, the buildings are getting fresh coat of paint. Jewel in Jackson hole.

the best motel room i have ever stayed in. the design is perfect- little kitchenette and bathroom with a standup shower, plenty of room for a compact room.

Well designed room and kitchenette. Daily service to room a treat but no need to change towels. Place a tad small for 2. Extra chair would help for eating in room. But otherwise quiet comfortable stay.

The property is going through renovations. Our door didn’t close properly so you need to remember to tug on it. Not sure if the hinge thing that is like a deadbolt would prevent someone from getting in as it didn’t seem secure. There were gaps in the door as well. Room was clean and housekeeping came in and made the bed. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and there were grills outside to cook on. There is not an oven or stove in the room. There isn’t much storage space in the bathroom but I guess you can utilize some of the kitchen there are some shelves in the bathroom. Plenty of drawers to unpack if that is your thing but no hangers. Bunk beds were nice as they have individual lighting in case someone wants to stay up later. They need a full length mirror.

The place is undergoing a major renovation. Like others have said there is construction debris and noise outside. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and nicely done. The bathroom is not big but there is a very nice kitchenette. If you can look past the dust and noise you’ll have a great stay. Once the construction is done this place will be very nice.

I was apprehensive when I arrived and realized the hotel is in the midst of a total - and much needed - renovation. But the man who checked me in was very kind and helpful. In spite of all the workers who were still there after hours busily finishing up the exterior, I found my room was brand new, exquisitely clean, and full of everything I could possibly want/need during my stay, including a completely appointed kitchenette. I spent a quiet night and enjoyed a much-needed restful sleep. This is a good value and safe - a hidden gem in a very expensive tourist town.

I spent 4 nights at SouthTown. It's currently under renovation so the place was a bit of a mess. There were workers around all day and into the evening, and there was a lot of dust and debris in the parking lot and on the stairs and balconies. I'm sure when the work is finished it will be cleaned up. The room was quite nice, newly renovated, and the king bed was very comfortable. I had the kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and refrigerator. The bathroom was OK and functional with a small sink and a shower. The staff were very friendly and found a hair dryer for me (there wasn't one in the room). The Wifi and TV worked fine. This motel is fine if you're spending most of your time out adventuring like I was. Warning - the summer rates are exorbitant in Jackson and this motel is no exception. It was one of the cheaper places available and I still paid almost $400/night. But with Teton Pass closed, there are few alternatives if you're doing GTNP.

Property was under construction and looked a mess but we were lucky to have been given a newly remodeled room which was nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was under construction, which we knew going in. But, they could have kept the grounds cleaner. The room was new, bed was not comfortable.

This property is under construction. However, the check in space is not warm and inviting and neither is the staff. The room we are staying in is still not completed and has a very strong scent of cheap deodorizer. Maybe to cover up smoke? It seems like they are working on it and it will be better in the future. I just feel guests should be told up front & staff should be all the more accommodating…

Hotels did not make it clear that the two double beds were bunk beds. We werent able to upgrade so we cut our stay short.

The road was closed without any possibility to make a contact with the motel. The road had around two days closed and the motel didn’t provide any notification to the costumer in order cancel or change the reservation. Very bad service and respect to our owe person for that anormal situation

Pretty ran down motel in Jackson. It was our only option last minute due to the road collapsing. showed up and had to search for the office and after getting our keys, there was intoxicated individuals above us saying things to us while going to our room. definitely overpriced in every aspect.

Property is under major construction and they are still working at 10pm!!! Cutting cement cinder blocks and power tools. Very noisy not disclosed at booking - walls are paper thin, no coffee in morning. Was not what was advertised!! Feel I should be compensated for this very poor facility. Tried to contact but could never connect with anyone
