The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.

Check in staff were very kind, but assigned me the wrong room, not what I booked, they did get that straightened out. The billing was incorrect, and we did not have advanced notice that a $100 cash only hold had to be collected at check in. Thankfully I had that with me. Cleaning staff were very nice and helpful, but very understaffed. Our dirty towels sat outside our room for three days, with no replacement, and we had to go to the desk three times throughout one day (morning to late night) to try to get towels to shower, have toiletries replaced and garbage bags. The new owner is very nice and you can tell they are working hard to improve the property.

No pool to enjoyed it was closed. The refrigerator was not working properly, not cold only freezer. Bathroom door damaged. Place was not cleaned. Staff very nice and friendly.

When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed for the day. Did not give a reason. They had a leak somewhere, which is understandable so we had no water for the first two hours. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen, stunk like marijuana and the bathtub was literally peeling although it was very last minute due to a plane delay, and I only paid $100. It was definitely a place. I would never stay again.

Very welcoming to pets. Had a partial view of the ocean. Everything was ok until I was ate up by bedbugs. I was only given 5 dollars to wash all of our stuff and only refunded half of my money back when we left to purchase a different hotel after washing absolutely EVERYTHING. Lost 2 days of vacay because of this!

Find somewhere else. This hotel has a massive roach (not palmetto bugs) infestation, its disgustingly unclean and has a drug problem involving needles on the property. The "oceanview" balcany includes the sight and smell of dog feces.

I would like to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay. The condition of the motel was unsatisfactory, as the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, requiring me to clean it myself. Additionally, I experienced a significant inconvenience when I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning deadbolt and the bed sheet got stuck, which ultimately had to be forcibly removed by staff. The toilet in the room repeatedly clogged, further impacting the quality of my stay. There were also issues with other guests smoking in the vicinity, which created an uncomfortable environment, and the elevator appeared to be unreliable and not functioning properly. I chose this motel specifically because it advertised itself as pet-friendly, as my usual resort does not accommodate pets unless they are service animals. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, safety, or comfort. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate consideration be given.
